Personal touch of an in person welcome would have been nice but not essential. No welcome pack, which we typically experience - just to get started, we were originally due to arrive on a Sunday evening and it would have been very difficult to get essentials for first day. Getting in and out to Perugia easy with Public transport links and parking in...

"Lovely Umbrian farmhouse apartment with loads of space. So peaceful. Great swimming pool. We tended to eat out at lunchtime and eat in the apartment in the evening as the town was a short drive away - but this suited us."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"Amazing space and gracious hosts - we were picked up after arriving by train by Luigi and Emanuela, who gave us a quick tour of town and oriented us to the apartment. The place is so lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculate. Truly one of our best rental experiences ever. Nothing to critique or complain about here. Orvieto is a charming town and this apartment is the best place to stay. Book it!"

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."
