"We were so pleasantly surprised when we reached the apt.! It is nice and roomy and at the same time, very comfortable and cozy. The room was light, but we could almost completely darken for sleep. Additionally, the noise level was next to none. Great location for everything in Assisi! In all fairness those with limited mobility issues, the stairs could be a hindrance.Thank you, Laura!!!!!"

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities.
