"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"We were so pleasantly surprised when we reached the apt.! It is nice and roomy and at the same time, very comfortable and cozy. The room was light, but we could almost completely darken for sleep. Additionally, the noise level was next to none. Great location for everything in Assisi! In all fairness those with limited mobility issues, the stairs could be a hindrance.Thank you, Laura!!!!!"

"We enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the area. It was a very beautiful location and less crowds. Adele was a great host and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was nicely furnished. The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. "If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."
