"Our family absolutely loved this rental. We holed up here right after the New Year, and it was absolutely perfect for 6 of us! It was spacious enough for all of us to find our own space, while also being designed in a way that provided plenty of options for us to gather and be together. There’s a main bedroom with a tv and couch mini fridge coffee maker and microwave, a bathroom and then a side room with a couch (with a pull out bed) and tv. "First impression of the “hood” was scary. Unit is what appears to be part of a housing “project “. But, we decided to go in and check it out before making any rash decisions. We were delighted to walk into a cute little town house with nice furniture, a huge TV ! This is a split level unit and not at all ADA/wheelchair accessible. "Stayed here with my 84 year old father and 4 teenagers. Dad enjoyed his space on the entry level, which also had it own half bath and thermostat. The rest of us had plenty of room upstairs. The location was great. We were able to get to our family in Wilmington in 20 minutes.
