"From beginning to end, our stay at this charming flat was all that we had hoped for in Torino. Right on the palazzo, we felt embraced by local life and the culture of this wonderful city. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Our host was helpful and communicative and made us feel welcome from the get-go. "The apartment was located in a wonderful neighbourhood and we always felt safe no matter what time we came back. There are many lovely cafes and shops all around and everyone was very friendly. The apartment itself is great but there are some things that could have improved our stay. The bedroom is up a flight of stairs and the bathroom is on the ground floor. There is no nightlight and having to go down the stairs in the middle of the night was a worry. I’m 5’1” tall and I hit my head many...

However there were many things that were a problem 1) many lightbulbs burned out especially in 2nd bedroom 2) keys were very difficult 3) toilet wouldn’t flush , my husband fixed it. 4) elevator to flat not accessible.problem for luggage and we had someone with a bad knee 5) tv didn’t work - someone came in to fix 6) entrance very narrow to get luggage in …2nd half of door should open. So for the price .. all of these things should be working"
