"Great stay at this property - had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony which was perfect / the staff were attentive and polite the hotel had old world charm and was close to all the shopping malls which was great - I especially liked Ruben on reception but all the staff were extremely lovely "

"The hotel is in a great location for transport links to the airport & it’s very direct to walk into central Turin. The staff were lovely, particularly the reception staff who seemed to realise that I was a little nervous about going out to dinner on my own the first night before I knew the area & they gave me recommendations for restaurants that were close & gave me a lovely welcome when I arrived back- much appreciated x I stayed in the single room & I know I’m a very light sleeper but the walls seemed paper thin - I could hear the guy next door yawning!!! So rather noisy for me but maybe the other rooms are better. I’d recommend this hotel for location & friendliness of the staff . "

"Staff very helpful, when we arrived it was quite late and the reception staff pointed us in the direction of food which was very helpful. We also needed to stay an extra night because of adverse weather and travel on Motorbike restricted, again receptionist was very helpful and managed to sort room for us to stay "

"Excellent hotel. I loved my room and the bed is super comfy. The location is superb, close to Parco Del Valentino, Monte dei Cappucini and lots of Piazzas. We walked everywhere. The staff is genuine, accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend it. "
