"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

"Loved every bit of our stay at Verdmont. The owners are wonderful and make it such a great experience - they offer so many services (like beautiful breakfasts, dinners, yoga classes, wine tours, anything you could want!) and the property itself is so charming and relaxing. Has been our favourite stay so far on our honeymoon in Italy, not one detail is missed at Verdmont and it really shows. Grazi!"

"The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day. We hired a car for the duration of our 2 week stay and I have to say that we would have been lost without it.
