"Property is at the top of a hill but does mean you get some stunning views. Was perfect for us as we didn’t leave too much and have to hike up again, there is grocery stores accessible without going down. Kitchen facilities were great, although there was sometimes a queue for the bathroom as showers are not separate. The rooms were great although quite hot as no AC. Communication with staff was great online and we didn’t see very much of them."

Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished.
