Whether it is information you need about the area or the washing machine breaks down and they volunteer to finish your laundry in the laundry room, this staff goes above and beyond their titles. "I personally think that my room may not have been used right before my stay as it was not very clean. My suggestion would be if it wasn't perhaps the cleaning staff should inspect each room. There was stuff on the floor and food on the bathroom floor. The community bathroom by the pool was not properly stocked as it was out of toilet paper when we arrived. My room was not equipped with any blankets for the pull out sofa bed. I personally have been coming to this location for a number of years on New Years Eve and my suggestion is for the price we pay to stay you need to start updating some of your rooms, pillows and common areas. Things are starting to look real run down. I would like to mention that the 2 gals I came in contact with that was working the front desk were both very nice and accommodating!"
