"We stayed at the Ninfa Hotel at the end of November for a couple of nights. The staff here are engaging and dedicated, a very friendly and accommodating welcome. We had a guided tour of the facilities which are recently renovated and upgraded and it is all highly impressive. I recommend trying the restaurant - the food and attention to detail is superb. The inclusive breakfast provides choice and enough to set you up well for the day ahead. I cannot fault the experience, just wish we had stayed...

"Wonderful find for a one night stay. Pros were the pool and pool area, close to. Lucca proper, clean and large room, and excellent air conditioning. Cons were that there was no breakfast even though they're listed as a B&B, no room safe and a shower that worked well. But even with these minor cons, I would totally stay again. Yes the rooms are older but no matter. The staff were excellent, bed was comfy and did I mention how much I loved the pool!? Thank you for a great stay. "

"We loved everything about Relais San Lorenzo. Daniela is a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. The building is beautiful and dates from the 17th century, but everything is in top condition and works really well. The location is absolutely perfect. Very highly recommended. "The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"
