"After a curious approach. The owner met us there and showed us around. It was a very quite, beautiful mountain apartment. Details outdoors were evident and comfort inside was great. This is just a peaceful beautiful place which capped of our italian tour perfectly. To return i would stay at least 3 nights. It is worth it. The area is stunning with many things to do"

"Lesley's attention to detail is everywhere. In the comfort bedding, the soft fabrics, the beautiful tile and clever workmanship in the room, the soft scent of clean in there. The gardens and blooms are well tended also in this wonderful location. The fresh farm house breakfast overlooking the pool & mountains was joyful. I liked the company of Mickey and Nutella, two well behaved pooches who lay by my feet & smiled. ( I swear they did). And what's not to smile about here where the veggies grow...

"This is a beautiful old property, full of lovely artwork and charm, a real home. There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy. We had a lovely time staying here. It is well equipped Loads of books and dvds if staying in. We had a fair amount of wet weather unfortunately but was ok. "This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. "We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"
