"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Didnt like anything in this property! be aware this is a small studio apartment that been divided to create a closet size "1 bedroom". while the view is ocean view no one shows the pictures of the "complex" and the corridors. As this is not a hotel you will get someone calling you via WhatsApp and informing you that for towels and bedsheets, they charge extra. there is no assigned parking and due to the fact this is a mega residential block, accessing the unit is not that straightforward. A notre arrivée le samedi soir vers 21H15 nous sommes fort bien accueillis par le barman Gwen qui nous trouve à manger malgré la fermeture du restaurant. "Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Very nice place and staff

"We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades. "

Ermitage de l'Oasis & Spa - Cannes Mandelieu

"We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge. There were several families staying and they all seemed very happy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the one dinner we had at the restaurant. Our room was lovely, with a small balcony and a very spacious bathroom, beautifully designed. Everything was up-to-date and top quality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
