"The house was exactly as advertised and sparkling clean. There was a nice assortment of dishes and cookware, as well as board games which was a nice surprise. The host was incredibly communicative leading up to our visit so we had a very smooth check-in and stay. If you are hesitant to book because of the gated community aspect, the host made it incredibly easy and we had no problems at check in or afterwards. Overall, this is an excellent rental and our group highly recommends it to others."

"My husband and I were attending the Halloween event and rented this property. It was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend. My only issue was that you have to check out by 11 am. I personally feel it was too early. I requested if I can check out at 12pm but, it was a no. Not a big deal but after going to a party we could’ve used an extra 2 hour sleep. All in all I would rent again. "

"The condo was located in a clean, secure and scenic community. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The condo is located close to Sussex and Warwick destinations. This is our second stay at the condo And look forwards to our next stay"
