We travel to the area frequently for sports tournaments and the Crowne is always our first choice for accommodations. We have a routine: sleep at the Crowne, hit Starbucks on the way to the competition venue, compete, repeat.

The first time we stayed here was bad but we thought perhaps it’s just us and gave it a second chance it was far worse. There were people drunk, fighting and smoking in the hallway, at 2am some women claiming to be security starts knocking on the door, when my husband opened the she asked if the clothes that were thrown all over the floor was ours, ripped up clothes from people fighting, while my husband was talking to this security woman some guy who was standing with her tried to push the door to our room open to get inside. There’s no cameras in the hallway, no actual security just two staff members at the front desk, it was frightening to stay there the next morning when we were checking out this “security” person was putting everyone’s invoices under the doors. We stopped her and confronted her about the night before and all she did was apologize. This place is poorly maintained and it’s absolutely not safe for anyone, we have filed a complaint with the parent company they’re lucky we’re not suing them.

It may be a seasonal thing but at 6:30 pm could not find anyone who was responsible for the dining area—and there were t many guests who looked like they were interested in dining in the first place, that is to say there was no one else looking to dine that we saw.

Very nice hotel very clean inside. I’m not a fan of the room with the inside views I wish they did a up keep on the curtains because it didn’t close all the way to my liking but over all it was very quiet in the hotel.

First of all the check-in experience they could not even get my credit card to work for the mandatory incidental charge wasn't my credit card it was their machine then the first room they gave me I can't even describe the scenario with being able to see in and out of the room (privacy) the next room had damages on the wall damages on the furniture then they tried to charge me for breakfast which was supposed to be included in my reservation it was a fiasco.
