"Takes some knowledge about getting around in old French towns with their little streets which are not well signed and in the case of Le Puy have a lot of hills to maneuver. So there was a learning curve the 1st couple days. And parking is a challenge. But, in the end the challenges are well worth working through. The apartment is very nice, clean, feels fairly new. The bed is comfortable (and that is coming from my wife who is tough to please)."

"The apartment is great for one person or two who are not too tall (the loft has a low ceiling). It’s quite nicely appointed and bright, with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony and letting in light and fresh air. Situated just across the street from the entries the medieval city, you can walk to everything from the apartment. A great place to stay while exploring Le Puy en Velay."

"The bar next door was very noisy. Friday night had music playing until 1:10am and Saturday night had live music until midnight that shook the building. The bar extractor fan by the terrace was smelly. However the apartment was lovely, cool and spacious and Lionel was very helpful when the automatic entry system failed and we were locked out. Fantastic location very near the old town and the parking in the garage was good too."

"Merci à Kendal et Franck de nous faire profiter de leur « Logis des Halles » tout est parfait dans les moindres détails, l’emplacement en centre ville est idéal nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Puy en Velay. Le stationnement étant onéreux en centre ville nous vous conseillons le parking Bertrand de Doue proche de la gare pour y stationner votre véhicule. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment while we visited Le Puy and environs. The place is very large, very modern, and very comfortable. De nombreuses visites de villes et villages dans les environs. Maison bien adaptée à notre famille avec grands enfants et neveux, moins bien adaptée à notre chien qui aurait nécessité un grand jardin clôturé. "Cela pourrait s'appeler "la petite maison au bout du chemin" avec son portail bleu, sa cour verdoyante en balcon sur les monts environnants et la ferme en pierre restaurée dans le respect de l'original. Idéal pour visiter les nombreux sites alentours et une maison au confort contemporain pour profiter de la douceur du lieu. Merci à Kathy et François pour leur accueil, les conseils et leur discrétion pendant notre séjour. La Haute Loire nous a séduits et nous ne pouvions guère rêver plus agréable...
