"Staff service was excellent, we booked 2 rooms and during check in requested for the rooms to be near each other. Upon checking, the hotel was quite fully booked for the room type we booked, so the staff gave us a free upgrade to a higher tier room so that our rooms can be side by side. Highly recommended!!"

"Mr Simon the customer service is excellent I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 pm check in around 12:15 pm , Mr Simon saw I am tired and approached me and told me as soon as the room is clean he will let me in the room right away and Mr Simon personally bring my baggage with me and show my room and give me a lots of info about the area for shopping eating and when we check out instead of two taxi for four people and a lots of baggage he arrange a big taxi to accommodate four of us...

"I got a room with a spacious, and comfortable bed. The air conditioning, and hot water are running well. Could do with a little of dusting, otherwise it's a perfect place for a tight budget traveler who seeks a no frill, no thrill good value for money place to stay. There are a lot of dining options near by, and easy access to public transportations. A happy stay for me."

"Not bad, but the shower glass doors were filthy and overall room cleanliness and noise levels could be improved. Cleaning staff and front desk were decently friendly. Shower temperature and pressure were fantastic. Very limited amenities. The location is convenient and near the MTR but there isn't much to do directly outside the hotel as it's an industrial area. If you can get a price of CAD$85 or less per night, it's great value. Otherwise, there are other hotels to choose from."
