"Beautiful views from our room. Very clean and well put together. Blackout curtains helped with jet lag. Internet was a bit patchy. Bed was very hard which helped with back pain but may be a lot for people with different preferences. Check in and out were seamless. Location is perfect for taking public transit and lots of things in walking distance. Enjoyed our brief stay!"

"The first night. Was not a good time for me? And I reviewed it. The staff was very good. I attempted to change hotels, decided against it. Because I had booked the room through a travel agent and it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. The big silver lining to this whole experience is leaving today, I can report that all the things that we're of issues we're addressed by the hotel. The staff went through extraordinary efforts trying to contact me to make sure things we're taken care of. I did not get back till later in the evening and I had not talked with them but found that indeed everything had been taken care of including a new refrigerator. I am peased to say, out loud, for anyone who will listen, that, it's because of the staff, I would would rate it a six star hotel just from their effort. Mr. M... & Ms. J… made it all happen. Now I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is large and has accommodated travelers for decades. The issues I experienced happen every where, the energy put into making them right; however, other properties are unlikely, IMHO, be hard pressed to perform at the level of the team at this hotel. Yes. They won me over. I shall stay here again on my way through Hong Kong. "

"The hotel provides free shuttle that it takes you to the MTR Station. The good buffet breakfast. The friendly waitress and waiter. The chef brings out fresh baked pineapple bread. The room is clean."

"I stayed at this hotel for almost three months, and I would rate both the hotel and the room at a B-. The property is starting to show signs of age. The best thing about my stay was that my room was located at the far corner, offering a nice mountain view, which made it quieter. Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. They need improve in customer service, and a bit more friendliness, like a smile, could make a positive difference. One suggestion for the hotel: It would be great if they could send a text message once the room cleaning is done. There were times when I had to wait a long time at the shopping mall for the room to be cleaned. I did use the emergency medical services once for a friend, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with that team."
