"The rooms being so small meant it got hot very quickly. Flies came in when window was opened. Bathroom so small that door needed to be open to sit on toilet, shower too small to use. "

"Hot, smelled like smoke and felt dirty. The checkin was done through a machine and could not change it. We wanted to only stay one night but it did not allow us to change our reservation."

"It was a wonderful hotel and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and no parking was available we had to park in a public lot about 2 blocks away. We had dinner our first night and were disappointed with the limited menu and they seems to be short staff. We think because no place in Chablis is open on Sunday night, everyone in town was eating at the hotel. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked fabulous. That said, we did have a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. "
