"Only issues we hand was there was used towels in the draw, ac not working too warm in the room. Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel. The fresh paint work and repairing of room were obvious. "

The hotel is comfortable and modern, zero complaints. The parking is free and easy to use. Seamless. Had the best sleep in a month on their mattress. Friendly staff, very efficient check-in. "Beautiful historic hotel — excellent breakfast and quiet street. NOTE that there is NO elevator and the stairs are stone and spiral. It was fine for us but older people or anyone with balance issues needs to be careful"
