"We enjoyed our stay at The Cubes, it was a few minutes out of Ella which meant it was a peaceful escape from the bustling town and an easy tuk tuk ride into town. The scenery and views around the hotel were lovely. Service was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable with a lovely balcony."

"We stayed a night on our ‘honeymoon tour’ of Sri Lanka and it was really amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the view incredible! The food was delicious and the staff were so kind and attentive. It was just the taste of luxury we were hoping for! We did a couples spa treatment - think it’ll be hard to ever beat that experience, a stunning view and beautiful bird song / nature sounds whilst having a heavenly massage! "We had an excellent stay in that property (3nights March 2025) It located on the hill so the views from the balcony are spectacular. Still just a few steps from the center of town. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Exceptional stuff, especially the manager who was very informative, helpful and kind. The only down was the bathroom which I'd say needed some renovations and the noise coming from the construction going on at the front of the hotel but I understand at some point they have to do it. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"This hotel was a little slice of paradise! I’m not one for spending too much time on the hotel grounds but this hotel was an experience in itself. One of the best views of Ella - right between Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak. One of the best sunrise views. The garden is beautiful as well. They offer yoga daily in the garden which was truly a highlight of our time in Ella. Staff was very friendly and accommodating helping us book drivers and activities. It was truly a treat staying here! "
