"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. "The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. "For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful duplex in Sierra Nevada! It was perfect for our group of 8, with children, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. "Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi hade ett stort fyrbäddsrum (2 dubbelsängar) allt var rent och prydligt. Bra frukostbuffé med gott kaffe (espressomaskin) och färskpressad juice. Och utsikten från frukostrummet!! Man har hela Granada för sina fötter! Det enda om man ska säga något negativt- fanns ett (!) enda uttag för ström i rummet, så vi fick ladda våra telefoner i omgångar. "Three rooms were booked for our friends trip to the Alhambra in Granada. All of us were happy with our rooms, which were spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was excellent. Bar service for beverage hour was also excellent. Definitely recommend. (We taxied to shopping / dining area as well as to Alhambra.)"

"The Inglaterra is a nice hotel located close to the tourist area and the central business district. Tourist sites like the Sacromonte and the Alhambra are within easy walking distance. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The building is very clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that there are several bars close by and people party at these until the early morning hours and can be heard. With that said, it didn’t keep me awake or spoil my time in Granada. Overall, this is a really nice hotel in a very good location and I strongly recommend it."
