You are staying in a semi-private part of someone's home with them. It is a beautiful home, and the owners were very nice. Still, I was thrown at first after an exhausting day of travel - so just be aware. It was nice to have bikes available to us, but know none are kid-sized and they're not in the best of shape. "Hotel was a great base to visit brugges. It was clean and had everything you needed. We were glad to have a view of the pool from the balcony. The communication from the hotel was great and they explained that you must make your own beds which didnt bother us. The pools were nice but was crowed with noisy children during certain times of the day. "A little outside of town, but in the end, not bad. Easy to drive to and easy to walk to Ghent central. The room was fine, but the main area hallways, looked like they could be vacuumed a bit more frequently. The lobby area and communal hangout areas, nice and easy going."

"The hotel was very nice, but there were some parts of the hotel that needed to be refreshed. The bathroom for example look like it had seen better days. The staff could've been a bit kinder too, but overall the hotel was very nice, and the location was great. Close to everything but off the beaten path. I would stay here again. "

Roomy and comfortable

"We had a great stay in Ghent!! The studio was roomy with comfortable furnishings. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say that was odd, is there is a fine if you don’t wash your dishes. Isn’t that part of cleaning the room? We’ve never seen that before."
