"The location was close to the promenade and beach. A lovely park was directly across from the property. It is a perfect place to walk to the train station, beach, restaurants and shops. "We arrived in the evening, and had a bit of a challenging checking in. I would advise to have someone who is a native Italian speaker join you to communicate with the staff. We were moved to another guesthouse as there was a mix up with our reservation, which they apologized for. Property was clean and mostly quiet. Some of the other guests were quite noisy during the night, but that was only one night where we had this issue. All the instructions are in Italian, so be sure to have a translate...

"It is advertised as a Bed and Breakfast but in fact it starts June 01 through October. The shower was leaking from underneath and cause a pool of water in the bathroom. You could see previous damage of the walls and floor. The house is locate from a short walking distance to the historic city center walls which is convenient."
