"When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low. "Western exposure so morning coffee outside without hot sun was fantastic. Safe swim area for kids because of jetty. No worry about floating down river. Kids loved jumping off dock into this area being able to use dock stairs to get out. Lots of outdoor seating with several palapas for shade. Lots of seating inside house with large living and kitchen areas. Did suggest to host a few additional items for future guests."

"Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access."
