"When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. "Checkin was smooth as expected only one small hiccup…all of the checkin/out documents from the host said there was a garage door opener in the pantry. Upon arrival I realized it’s wasn’t there and had to reach out to the host so I didn’t get blamed for keeping it only to be told that it was broken and a replacement was on order.
