"I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! "

Had minor quirks that were rectified or did t bother me. Eclectic decorations add to the charm. Bathroom was clean and stocked . Bed was comfy kitchen well stocked "

"This is a nice quiet spot in a neighborhood east of the strip. Works well for a couple. We used it as home base as we visited Vegas for a few days and used rideshare apps to get to and from each day."

"We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! "

"This place met all expectations (off the strip but close enough for Lyft, clean, safe). The host was amazing and super responsive. The casita and backyard were beautiful and perfect. Would stay here again!"

"Everything was good."

"Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

"I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that...

"My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful."
