"Everything about this hotel was perfect. We arrived 3 hours early and we were shown to our suite. Afternoon tea, drinks and canapés and breakfast all included in ‘club status’. Well worth paying a little extra for the privilege. Exceptional Staff. Vertigo Restaurant and Moon Bar is such a wonderful experience."

"Great 5 star hotel. Rarely is a 5 start really a 5 star but this one does not disappoint. So many PROS: direct access to BTS and Terminal 21 shopping; Modern rooms w/Japanese toilet; complimentary snacks, beverages; has small refrig & microwave; large windows; very comfortable and very quiet, bed very comfortable; pool is big w/lots of loungers; pool gets full days sun or many umbrellas available. I will stay here again :-)"

"This hotel is amazing and in one of the best buildings in the entire city of Bangkok. The standard group is a funky hotel group that started in Miami, which is where I am from. This lproperty did not disappoint. The staff was amazing and so were the amenities and the room. It is also conveniently located right next to one of the BTS stations. For the money this is probably the best deal in all of Bangkok."
