"Excellent coordination with apartment staff, Tony, via WhatsApp at all times. A very large TV monitor is mounted on the wall and connected to a great wi-fi system for personal internet streaming or if zoom business meetings are required. A huge number of channels for Thai, USA, European and Asian guests. The room was large enough for 1-2 adults, good bathroom, king-size bed, refrigerator, a small kitchenette with microwave and hot water maker, good A/C unit, and I had a great view of Bangkok...

"A well run apartment hotel, with helpful staffs, and well located. The hotel is close by to the elevated metro station from the airport ( the station for the hotel is Victory monument) Nearby is a large shopping center with many’s restaurants - next to it is an excellent evening street food market. Paula, the manager, is exceptionally caring and kind person."

"Good clean small hotel. No amenities. Full kitchen for families who would like to cook. One thing I didn't like was the front hotel door is always locked and you have to ask reception to open it going in and out. In 2 days I was also asked twice what was my room number. I don't think I would stay here again for this reason. "

"The hotel is tucked at the back of soi 5 and 7 ( 7 is a one way street out, tell taxis go to in via soi5). Front desk was pathetic. They kept our passports without telling us they intended to keep it permanently, we thought they would be returned to us after processing. Consistently not at the front desk, and their idea of a key drop was to leave all the keys on the desk giving anyone full access to them. We returned once to no doorman and no front desk, we reached over to grab our own keys...

"Unbelievablely unprofessional! The booking was for Executive Suite, upon checking in, a rundown room away from the original hotel was issued which looks completely different from the picture with no wifi, landline not working, foul smelll and completely battered furnitures. When requested for a change, the hotel check-in staff said the Executive Suite already taken and only standard room available for the night without the slightest effort to offer any compensation!"

"CON: ant infestation that i had to kill n spray some of outdoor bug spray to make sure it wont come back. Has a stink that needs to pour some antibacterial liquid down the drain. Needs a deeper clean. Bedroom AC system leaks water middle of the night that wakes me up with a noise. PRO: everyone super nice. Walk is 3 to 6 min to BTS. Beadroom tv has lots of channels."
