"The property itself is amazing. The room is very specious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The private onsen and foot bath on the balcony are bonuses. Very close to train station and not too far from 7/11. However, the check in process was a nightmare. We were meant receive the reservation number and the pin to get into the building, but that never happened. We were stranded outside in the cold weather for at least half an hour. "The fully contained apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was private, comfortable and uniquely Japanese.for a split level space. There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay."

"We had a very brief stay and it was clean, comfortable and as described on the website. Very happy. About 8-10 min walk from train station, beautiful walk over the footbridge. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"

"I stayed in this very nice apartment. Everything is very new and very nice. It is small, but it was fine for me by myself. Be aware there is no parking on the premises and I ended up parking my car twenty minutes away by foot (it was hard to find any paid parking). There are also no shops close by (convenience store, super market, restaurants, etc.), so you will need to walk for everything. Owner was very helpful when I had questions and when I needed to extend my stay by a night."
