"The hotel is close to train station. Very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are sufficient. Staff was very helpful as we checked in. They provided luggage storage for the day as we were out sightseeing."

"It’s an older hotel, seems to be going through remodel. Has its small town charm to it. I would still come back to it if I was on a different trip. Staff was really friendly, and had an amazing un-interrupted view of Mount Fuji, and shoji lake. The view makes up the rest of the small things. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Fuji Premium Resort hotel. I got a room that has two bedrooms in it, probably the biggest room we ever had from all of our stays in Japan. It has a separate sunroom and living room and a kitchen. Hotel staff was friendly as well. The laundry machine is free to use, you only need to pay for using the dryer. I had a big load of washing and only needed 300 yen for the dryer and my laundry was perfectly dry when I pick them up. Parking is free too. You do need to drive out a bit to find restaurants, but only a short drive and there are plenty to choose from. We were there in winter. So, the hotel was not busy. This place is probably packed in summer."

"We stayed here for two days. Next day after check in, they didn’t clean the room and when I asked there is a lot of waste in the room, they asked me to clean. I was surprised! But can’t say anything, maybe it is their hotel rule to ask customers to clean their rooms."
