"Stunning house. We will be back. The spa was the highlight, 40 degrees. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all new and modern. Huge kitchen. Divine "

"The golf course was interesting but we had fun playing with both adults and children. Dam fascinated children who were trying to catch yabbies..no luck but they did see kangaroos. Swimming pool was well used and the shaded area with comfortable lounge chairs were great. Dogs loved the huge land area and actually were worn out as were the children riding bikes hitting golf balls and running around. "We all had a fabulous time at this house. It was the perfect setting for a massive couples weekend away. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and brilliant gathering space. It wasn't the most modern, and if I was to be quite honest it was rather eclectic in nature, but it was in a brilliant location, and totally enabled us to gather well. The beds were a perfect size, but many need mattress toppers as they are extremely hard, so I would request that the owners provide this for guests that don't like...

"Very easy to check in came with a kitchen that was very well-equipped including water in the fridge.Very spacious and private. The owner is quick to respond to issues that arise. If coming in late at night beware of the steep driveway. Lovley large balcony for a morning coffee or a night beverage or two. Would love to come in the winter to be able to light the fire. Plenty of games and has the bonus of a record player!!Recommend for a quiet, peaceful time away with families and/or friends. "

"Enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location close to our wedding venue. Having bathing facilities in Studio 2 would have been preferred as it restricts the number of guests. EV charger not operating was a bit frustrating. Overall still a good property to enjoy the wine area. "

"We had an amazing weekend at Montauk House! House was spotless and so spacious for a group of 8. Only downside is, one of the rooms downstairs doesn’t have a fan or aircon and it would get quite hot at night. Other than that, would definitely be back again"

"My family and I loved this property. A beautiful modernised rustic aesthetic. Huge backyard, bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. Great living space for a family and fully equipped kitchen. Great location, close to the Hunter Valley vineyards. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. "

"A lovely property that suited us with three kids and two dogs. The later were vital to the kid's enjoyment and the kangaroos all over the place made it very special. The property has all the facilities we needed and we wished it hadn't been raining as the firepit looked great, "

"The property was nice and in a great position for our reason toi be there, some of the beds ( mattresses ) reallly need to be looked at being replaced.. Main bedroom is very soft and edges worn out and tends to roll out and bed 3 ( with joined bathroom) is worn out ... and also founf dirty cutlery in drawers... these are not complaints just a little heads up so pretty happy with the property in total....... Thank you"

"The room type I booked meant I stayed at the Elysia Wellness retreat and both properties are in the same resort and just awesome. Had the best time and ended up booking another night. Rachel on reception was just amazing - so helpful and really friendly and relatable. "
