"Excellent location to discover Hunter Valley. Spacious rooms, very clean and plenty of parking space. Excellent facilities including excess to a good gym. Particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"Disappointed no one for check in but worked out fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Sadly some local children threw a mower in the pool 😡. So unable to use pool. Feel for the owners with big job to get that mess clean "

"My partner and I stayed at the Macquarie 4 Star (locals referred to it as 'The Club') for one night in room 007. Access to the property, parking, and check-in was very easy. There wasn't much to do at check-in other than receive the key cards, give them my contact details, and choose whether we wanted to pre-book the buffet breakfast (not included with room, additional $20pp if pre-booked or $25pp if you show up unannounced). I was a bit miffed at the venue for charging my card a few days...

"Great location and neat cottage that we stayed in. Very roomy Full size kitchen and large fridge Very neat and tidy clean and fresh looking. Excellent balcony to relax and unwind. We were lucky to see plenty of kangaroos roaming in the evenings. Stayed 2 nights at a reasonable rate and would stay here again"
