"Facility was great, the pool area was very nice and the staff at the pool was friendly and polite. Only issue we had was staying for an entire week, and never had our room serviced. No bed sheet changes, no trash being emptied, and had to call several times to get new towels for showers. There was no place to hang the towels so they never fully dried, and didn't get replaced until we called to request it. "

"Smoke free environment is most appreciated. More of the video poker slot machines that I like compared to all other casinos in the area. Room was spacious and the A/C blows air from high on a wall outlet that does not blow on your bed so there's no cold draft blowing on you in bed at night as often happens at other hotels. Room cleaning was excellent. And the one restaurant I used for Breakfast , Stacked, served a very nice breakfast for a very reasonable price."

"We enjoyed the size of the property, which wasn't overwhelming & was satisfied with what they had to offer. The room was a little dated but comfortable & the view was excellent. The food & amenities were awesome as well as also the friendly service! Highly recommended!"
