"I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. The hot spring baths are enormous and provide ample opportunity for bathing both indoors and in outside pools. The food was sumptuous and the staff incredibly friendly. "Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."

"It is an older Buddhist temple and feels wonderful to be in a place with such character and history. The meals (all are vegetarian in accordance with Buddhist tradition) are a delicious delight. This is from one who is not a vegetarian! The service is personal and sincerely caring. I would recommend visiting Daisen and staying there. "

"It was nice hotel but lack of free wifi"

"Standard onsen hotel with no surprise. The indoor onsen is a bit disappointing. The rooftop outdoor onsen is more attractive but is available at limited time of the day. As such, I prefer to visit the public spa which is free and 2 min walk from the hotel. Meals are standard and the biggest compliments should go to the friendly staff. Room is spacious and tidy."

"Booked this online at short notice. Japanese style suite (2 rooms + bathroom) was very comfortable and there is a true onsen downstairs. Overall the best part of my stay in Tottori. Arrived too late for the dinner but ryokan is close to a street of restaurants with a huge range of food, plus a supermarket."

"The Ryokan is located by the side of the river with a verdant forest in the back ground. This makes it a picturesque view from my room window. The sound of the flowing river makes for pleasant & soothing ambience. The onsen radium rich water is unique to this area & is supposed to have therapeutic efficacy. The onsen village centre's street has some interesting shops to discover. Slight down side, the ryokan is dated & needs some sprucing up. "

"바로 앞에 호수가 있어서 경치가 너무 아름답고, 목욕시설이 너무 좋아 피로가 한꺼번에 풀리는 느낌. 잠자리 역시 널찍하고, 편안했다. 종업원의 서비스도 맘에 들고, 아침 식사도 단아하며, 맛이 있었다. 문제점, 도착하니 예약사실이 없다며 거절한다. 당황, 한국으로 전화해서 확인을 어렵사리 했더니 그때서야 오케이, hotels.com의 처리 미숙으로 곤란을 겪었다."
