"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed. The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat. Friendly not flashy."

"I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. "It is an older Buddhist temple and feels wonderful to be in a place with such character and history. The meals (all are vegetarian in accordance with Buddhist tradition) are a delicious delight. This is from one who is not a vegetarian! The service is personal and sincerely caring. I would recommend visiting Daisen and staying there. "

One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. "お部屋おまかせ朝食付きで一泊利用しました。 最新の設備ではないけど、清潔で手入れが行き届いていました。スタッフの皆さんは、とても丁寧に対応してくれて好印象でした。 大浴場の温泉は程よい広さで露天風呂もあり、明るく清潔で開放感がありました。 朝食はご飯だけでなくお粥も選べ、おかずは一品ずつの量は少なめでしたが品数多く、見た目・味共に美味しくいただきました。残念だったのはコインランドリーとサウナがなく、脱衣所のアメニティに綿棒がなかった事です。"

"Very nice onsen ryokan with seaview in room and breakfast area. It is also good that u can enjoy the dinner in your room, which is now not a common practice in most of the onsen ryokan. Everything is designed to meet the needs of the guests. Highly recommended if u will travel to Yonago area, especially for its reasonable charge."

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"
