"I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. "Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."

"A reasonably priced and clean hotel, food was great!"

"Comfortable stay. Food was good. So was the onsen. It would be nice if the hotel provides drinking water at the onsen. Staff was hospitable. Hotel provides free pick up. However, delivery to the station was only available after 9 am. As we leave at 8.30 am, we have to take a taxis."

"Standard onsen hotel with no surprise. The indoor onsen is a bit disappointing. The rooftop outdoor onsen is more attractive but is available at limited time of the day. As such, I prefer to visit the public spa which is free and 2 min walk from the hotel. Meals are standard and the biggest compliments should go to the friendly staff. Room is spacious and tidy."

"The Ryokan is located by the side of the river with a verdant forest in the back ground. This makes it a picturesque view from my room window. The sound of the flowing river makes for pleasant & soothing ambience. The onsen radium rich water is unique to this area & is supposed to have therapeutic efficacy. The onsen village centre's street has some interesting shops to discover. Slight down side, the ryokan is dated & needs some sprucing up. "

"바로 앞에 호수가 있어서 경치가 너무 아름답고, 목욕시설이 너무 좋아 피로가 한꺼번에 풀리는 느낌. 잠자리 역시 널찍하고, 편안했다. 종업원의 서비스도 맘에 들고, 아침 식사도 단아하며, 맛이 있었다. 문제점, 도착하니 예약사실이 없다며 거절한다. 당황, 한국으로 전화해서 확인을 어렵사리 했더니 그때서야 오케이, hotels.com의 처리 미숙으로 곤란을 겪었다."
