"It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus? "

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."

"Walking distance to seaside and easy access to food. The only thing I did not like was the lids on the toilet lol they fold into the toilet was worried."

"What we like about this Hotel is that is close to a lot of shopping centers and Restaurants, this Hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious, the pool area is very clean as well this place place has a Restaurants with excellent service."

"This property is an average spot, clean but room for improvement. It's economically priced, so good value for money. Better beds (comfort) would be nice. Better window shades too. The rooms are big enough. AC, TV and other amenities all were working."

"The rooms are very basic. Beds were comfortable but no comfie seating. All wooden chairs in kitchen and one folding lawn chair on the balcony. If you want drinking water it will cost you 55 pesos for a 5 gallon bottle. No beach towels so bring your own. Housekeeping by request only. Had to sign for the TV remotes as well as air conditioner remotes and handed 4 bath towels at check in that had to be returned upon check out (along with remotes and key). "Right in the heart of Guadalajara Centro for shopping, dining and tourist attractions. Staff were excellent during our stay. We would definitely stay again on our visit to Guadalajara. "
