"All is clean and safe "

"It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus? "

"Nice location in safe Barra neighborhood - - nice staff, spacious comfortable rooms and very good rates. Book on Expedia for best price (vs booking or directly with hotel). Nice restaurant - don't add on $12 for breakfast just order a la carte and pay less. Lovely large pool with volleyball net. Quiet but can sometimes hear people next door or outside and/or ac running. (I used the ceiling fan). Great deal."

"The property of the hotel itself was okay nothing out of the ordinary. The staff required a bit more of knowledge. There were no places to eat or restaurants near unless you travelled out of the hotel, and only a few food places deliver. The very little stores available closed very early in the day. I would highly recommend to buy food early and do your shopping and exploring early. "

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."

"What we like about this Hotel is that is close to a lot of shopping centers and Restaurants, this Hotel is clean and the rooms are very spacious, the pool area is very clean as well this place place has a Restaurants with excellent service."

"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. The hotel staff didn’t really care to help, we had to call the ambulance and when the help arrived, the hotel staff didn’t really care to help."

"The food is good, the servers are doing a good job, the cleaning room service is regular, the best part is the restaurant and the servers."

"Walking distance to seaside and easy access to food. The only thing I did not like was the lids on the toilet lol they fold into the toilet was worried."
