"I’ve relied on Zleep and the airport shuttle on my last few trips to Madrid. The shuttle is very cost efficient at €5 and always on time or early. We arrived the day of the blackout and they were still able to get us checked in without issues. Hotel breakfast is a bit pricey but offers all you can eat of deli meats and cheese, cereal, pancakes, eggs, etc. A gluten free toast/bread would be a nice addition. "

"Beautiful hotel, the room was modern and zen, the terrasse in our room was large with comfortable lounge chairs and a small table. It was unfortunate that the pool was not open yet, since it was very hot outside. This hotel being right beside the airport, they could consider opening it a few weeks earlier than is the usual in Spain, since they cater to a clientele who is used to much colder weather, and would use it. The steamer to iron out clothes was nice, but not as effective as an iron (no iron/ironing board). Dinner at Yatta was delicious and the waiting staff very competent, and accommodating. Overall a great experience, we would return."

"All staff we encountered were multi lingual and since I’m a typical USA visitor, Hablo Espanol un poquito. Room and amenities were top notch. And the Barajas neighborhood provides numerous opportunities for dining and sightseeing.. Highly recommend. Visited in early May, pool was filling. Should be perfect for summer relaxation."
