"The staff was immediately friendly and kind. They helped us upgrade our room, leave our bags before check-in, and gave us a tour of the guesthouse. The kitchen was clean and big. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There is no soap or shampoo but it was okay as we brought our own. "

"Safe, walkable, and very close to everything I wanted to walk to. The property sent me a code to enter the bldg the day before my arrival. I arrived at 1:30pm or so, and since my room was almost ready I was given the option to wait in the kitchen, which I did. "It’s a family business, very peaceful and clean environment. Owner is very friendly. The garden is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. It was homemade and the coffee was the best. Highly recommended."

"The apartment made us experience the life in the old city which was nice. But the place was not as shown on the reservation site (the bedroom was not made of stonewalls). "The place is good enough for the price but, the rooms have no mosquito netting on the windows so you can't sleep with the window open. We got badly bitten in the night by mosquitos and there is no aircon as expected for the price, the room did not even have a fan. We went home a day early because we did not want another night. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The property itself is charming, with the unique character and ambiance of a vintage pharmacy that adds so much personality to the experience. Added benefits were an elevator, a rooftop with incredible views, and nice hot shower. Juan at the front desk was exceptional—so helpful, friendly, and full of fantastic dinner recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

I’m embarrassed to say it was so good I literally order two of them. Don’t let the concept of the hotel deter you. I had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat. "
