"I don't recommend this hotel at all. This is the worst stay of my life staf is totally unfriendly. Rooms are full of dirt very untiedy. Even owners are not that friendly looking only for cash."

"Despite booking my room much in advance they were cleaning the room while I checked in and in the room, there was no indication that ONLY VEG meals were available, When ordering, most of the dishes were not available. BAD EXPERIENCE AND NO VALUE FOR MONEY"

St Regis

"We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay."
