"Would definitely return in better weather. No negatives except my partner is 6ft 2" and the bed is simply too short - and too narrow just a small double and he fell out of the bed on the first night and then had to lie at a diagonal so we did not sleep well. The foot board is an issue for tall people. A larger bed would transform the experience. Body wash and other toiletries would have been useful too as I wrongly assumed they would be there... luckily my partner brought some. Coffee as well...

"We booked for 4 nights but wished we'd stayed for a week! The location can't be beaten, an easy walk to the beach and arcades. The view is stunning, probably the best we've ever had. We loved having the patio doors open from early morning until late at night. The park is clean, the playground was excellent and everyone was friendly. Great communication from Shirley - thank you, we'd love to come back!"

"Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside."
