"The property is excellently positioned for a short walk in to Canterbury City Centre.Having parking at the property really means the car can become obsolete during your stay. I would not hesitate to use again if we’re visiting the area."

"When I am in this area, I will always try to stay here. The value is very high compared with a good hotel room. Lovely decor, quiet location, easy parking, good kitchen. I wish I had found it before. A plus is that it is very close to the Thamesport and other Isle of Grain industrial sites."

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Penthouse ,the location was great ,a short walk to all the attractions ,restaurants/pubs ,shopping and transport . The flat was well appointed ,we liked the little extra's that were provided .it was comfortable and homely . a nice place to relax in . "Family visiting us in Maidstone so decided to have a couple of days at the coast. Apartment was as described though we hadn’t realised there would be a steep flight of stairs and finding parking space could be a bit of a problem. Overall we enjoyed a pleasant few days. "

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

"Fantastic decor and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Really nice atmosphere in the cocktail bar over the weekend, could have done with an additional staff member as cocktails can take a while to make and if you just want a beer or glass of wine, then its a little wait, however lovely surroundings to wait in. Everything you may like to do in Canterbury is within easy walking distance and some lovely restaurants right on your doorstep. Parking is an additional cost, I hadn't really noticed this when booking, also the fact that if you go out in the car, you may not have a space to come back to even though you have paid for 24hours. We just managed to get the last space in the little back car park on the second evening, but it's a very tight entrance which some vehicles may struggle to use. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others, it was just unfortunate we needed to use the car for work so there felt a little jeopardy as to whether we would get parked when we got back."
