"We enjoyed our visit to Narbonne and the area. The gite was clean and tidy, but there was mis-communication between the owner and ourselves regarding a few items. Although VRBO state that the owner speaks English, this was not really the case. VRBO also stated in the literature that towels and bedding were included. They were not, and we had to pay extra. Even then, the towels were still not provided on our arrival. There were no tea towels, or oven gloves either. We thought that the equipment...

"Had a lovely time in Roquebrun. Andre is a great host, very friendly, easily contactable, quick to respond, fantastic local knowledge and excellent English (thanks). The pool was cleaned often and there is lots of space. Roquebrun is lovely and the villa location is great - under 10 minutes walk to the restaurants a small supermarket and a bakery. Kayaking, wine tasting and river/beach nearby Very well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, glasses, pans and 2 large fridges. We were there...

"We loved the ambience of Gd St Nazaire and the large comfortable spaces it offers for sharing with friends. Plenty of good bathrooms tho the stairs to the 2 en suites on the top floor were very steep.Enjoyed the pool and boules pitch when we could (weather a bit iffy). Could have done with a decent-size stove top and oven-proof casserole and a few more decent size wine glasses as we enjoy cooking and exploring wines, but managed fine. Good fridge and was very glad of the ice-making facility....
