"We love Three Peaks, it’s the best pet-friendly hotel in the Stateline / Lakeside area where we prefer to stay. The suites are spacious, comfy and the kitchen is equipped with everything we need. The location is convenient, just a couple of blocks from the beach, casinos, stores and restaurants. It’s so nice to stay at a hotel where pets are welcome, it makes vacationing so much simpler and enjoyable for us to be able to travel without fur baby. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here and we plan to stay here again. "

"Staff seemed “put out” when we has any issues, often said basically ‘that’s not my department.” We had 2 rooms and the heating and air didn’t work in one for 2 days. Staff kept saying there’s nothing they could do but we persisted and they finally sent someone who fixed it in about 30 minutes. The entire lobby was closed for a New Year’s party for only ages 21 & upon New Year’s Eve but we could watch & hear the whole thing from our balcony. Shouldn’t market as a “family” resort when NYE was closed to anyone under 21. Looked like there were very few people there anyway. Bars don’t open til 4. We would have gladly spent $ on drinks there if bar was open earlier but had to go elsewhere. Hot tub was NASTY. "

"Comfortable room, food and drink as well as gaming on premises. We stay here whenever we are in the area. Lots of nice food specials in Katies coffee shop."

"It was a great stay. We were only there for one night but loved the room, the view from our patio out to the lake, everything was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We'll be back when we can stay longer!"
