"The flat was in an ideal location for our specific needs, though a little away from Waihi Beach itself. It was spacious and roomy, immaculately presented with everything we needed, and we had a most comfortable stay. Only concern was the lack of a handbasin in the bathroom/toilet, which meant washing hands and cleaning teeth in a basin also used for dishwashing - future guests may find this more of a deal breaker than we did, and owners could usefully consider rectifying if possible. "Gorgeous house with so much space for a group of 9. With 3 showers and toilets, no queues and such an easy getaway. Pool side party was also great fun. We loved seeing and interacting with the horses. We also hosted a tea party for my family one morning with the owner's permission, which was a huge drawcard seeing as most properties don't allow even quiet gatherings. Fast communication from the owner, overall great place to stay!"
