Please note: the speedway is loud because it’s close BUT they finish at a reasonable time so it doesn’t keep you awake etc. Nice room, we had a mezzanine floor with queen bed upstairs, everything else was on the bottom floor. "Gorgeous house with so much space for a group of 9. With 3 showers and toilets, no queues and such an easy getaway. Pool side party was also great fun. We loved seeing and interacting with the horses. We also hosted a tea party for my family one morning with the owner's permission, which was a huge drawcard seeing as most properties don't allow even quiet gatherings. Fast communication from the owner, overall great place to stay!"
