I found my rental car was side-swiped, and I'm having to pay for damages my insurance doesn't cover. Again, not the fault of the Black Horse."

Jez was a great host, really friendly and accommodating, giving us helpful local advice and getting the hot tub ready each evening. Breakfast was delicious. "The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."
