"Booking was cancelled while driving to the venue, 2 hours before the potential check in time of 3pm. Absolutely disgusting situation with 2 young children trying to find alternative accommodation last minute with nothing similar around."

"The property was in a generally good state of repair and presentation, with the only area in need of attention being the shower cubicle . The dining area in the kitchen was tight for four adults. However, most things are provided and to a good standard. The garden room was a nice bonus and the off road parking was necessary as the road was quite narrow. "Absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment n0.11 and it was spectacular. We were there for a funeral and very upset. The apartment, grounds, staff and whole experience made the situation much more settling. Thank you so much.superb."

"We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and although we had a slight issue with the booking (expedia’s fault not theirs) the staff were brilliant upgrading our room and leaving a lovely card and chocolates for my husband. Also after dinner they presented my husband with a Happy Birthday plate with fruit and chocolates. The spa pool was lovely and relaxing. All the hotel staff were very friendly and chatty. We will definitely go back again. "

"Excellent value for money. Staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was to a very high standard and freshly prepared. Convenient location. Hard to fault as there was a real sense of generosity. Would definitely recommend. As a Coeliac I found the staff well aware of the condition and I felt safe eating the breakfasts, which added greatly to the quality of the stay. "
