"Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. "Avril offered us a real bed and breakfast experience, meaning we felt like we were invited to stay the night in her home. We had a long interesting chat in the morning. If people want more of a "quick-and-easy" hotel experience, perhaps this is not the place for you. The room was beautiful with view on the sea, the house was very nice: we felt like the time had stopped for a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks Avril for making our stay so enjoyable. "

"Our stay in this hotel was superb! Our host Allan is a wonderful, helpful and informative host at hand to answer any questions regarding the island and surrounding areas. "Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."
